When and where is the event taking place?
The Choctaw Cover-to-Cover Music Festival will be held at Klyde Warren Park on May 31, 2025, from 1 – 7:30 PM. Doors open at 12 PM—come early to snag some lawn space with your blanket!
Who can attend this event?
Anyone can attend this event with purchase of a ticket. Children may attend, but this event is adult-focused and will not include our typical child-friendly programming. Additionally, the Children’s Park will be open exclusively to sponsors and VIP ticketholders during the event.
Please drink responsibly and be respectful to fellow guests. Overconsumption of alcohol and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
How much are tickets, and where can I buy them?
Starting Monday, March 24, tickets may be purchased here. Each ticket/QR code is valid for one scan only. Tickets can be sent to your guest(s) via screenshot or printed copy.

· VIP: $125
Day-of ticket sales will be available at event entry with debit/credit cards for:

What does the VIP ticket include?
VIPs get access to an open bar, Mi Cocina catering, and exclusive activities in the shaded comfort of the Sheila and Jody Grant Children’s Park—a perfect retreat from the action with plenty of seating.
Where should we park?
· $6 covered and well-lit parking is available at Plaza of the Americas (just two blocks away from Klyde Warren Park). It must be pre-purchased here or via the widget below. Signage will lead you to the park.
· Additionally, valet parking at Mi Cocina on the Park is available for $15 per car for extra convenience.
· Rideshares are encouraged!
What required documentation do I need for entry?
Your electronic or printed QR code/ticket must be in hand for entry. If you are 21+, you will need a valid government ID to enjoy alcoholic beverages.
What is the attire?
Festival attire is encouraged! Think light, breathable clothing suitable for outdoor activities and comfortable shoes for walking and standing. Don’t forget a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to stay cool and protected.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes! All ticket-holders may enjoy food from a variety of food trucks, a full cash bar and complimentary wine tastings. VIP ticket holders will have access to complimentary food and drinks in the VIP lounge.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and beverage is not allowed, but there will be plenty of food and drink options available for purchase.
Will there be seating available?
General Admission is standing and blanket-only seating—feel free to bring blankets and low-profile chairs for the lawn. Additionally, VIP ticket holders will have access to premium standing-only viewing areas.
What other activities will be happening?
In addition to the eight cover bands performing, ticket holders will get to enjoy Choctaw Casino & Resort game tables on the lawn, complimentary RNDC wine tastings for guests 21+, shopping from more than 20 Boho Market vendors, lawn games and more!
Are pets allowed?
Service animals trained to perform specific tasks are welcome and must remain leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals, therapy animals and pets are not permitted.
What is the photography/videography policy?
Personal photography and video recording are welcome for non-commercial use. Please be respectful of others and avoid obstructing views. Professional cameras, drones and large equipment are not permitted without prior approval.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, to re-enter the event, you must be wearing the wristband given to you at event entry, when your ticket was scanned. Please keep it on you throughout the day for smooth reentry.
What is the refund and/or event cancellation policy?
Since this is a fundraiser, all ticket sales are final. If the event is canceled due to extreme weather, it will be rescheduled for a later date, and all attendees’ tickets will be honored.
